A group of us went to an old age home this weekend and gave the elderly, their children and the caregivers an afternoon of pampering and healing.
They received foot massages from varies people, including our very own reflexologist, Lizanne.
We also scanned their bodies for problems and gave some healing.
They received head massages and many more. Even their nails got clipped and painted.
Cake and tea can never be left out of course 🙂
