Life coaching is an investment in your future. We suggest booking a 2hr session to start with, to discuss your personal situation as no two people are the same. We identify the initial problems and in which direction you wish for your life to go. We start with the biggest obstacles and work our way through them.

After the initial session, we suggest a weekly session in the first few months of 1hr each. After 3 months if you feel ready, you can reduce the sessions to twice a month. It is important to come for regular sessions as life is ever evolving and new challenges might arise. The aim is to change your life and limiting beliefs and that does not occur in a few months. From experience we realize by constantly working on our biggest fears in about a year, you start to notice that you don’t even think the same anymore.

You do start to feel relief immediately, but the purpose is not just to get a “handle on life”, it is to change your life. It is about living life and not to allow life to live you.

This is our suggestion, but it is up to you for how long you wish to receive our assistance.

We offer online sessions as well, so if you prefer, you can receive the session in the comfort of your own home.
