Tapping works for depression. I just started reading the effects of tapping for depression today as I see so many people talking about tapping. I have always been afraid to get involved with tapping or any suggestions for depression. People that struggle with depression normally just dismiss any suggestions you make. For months now whenever I read about something that helps for depression, I wonder if people would be open to it.
Why don’t you try? Would it not be great if anything can bring you some relief at least? What do you have to lose? Other than depression of course.
